YES, IT'S TRUE...The ebay employees and customer
service are unique at best, but not too unique from what too many
corporations are doing by destroying their customer service so they can pay pennies on the dollar to abuse their very own
customers, in the worst way possible, with sweat-shop type facilities full of unskilled workers that do not have the proper
training, intelligence, skills, education, language fluency and proficiency, patience, and every other skill required to properly
help the very ones that pay their miniscule wages, the ebay sellers, that corporations have gone to them for,
so they can reduce their customer service costs, by trading proper customer service with billions of dollars in savings!
That's the terrible tradeoff that all these large corporations are playing these days, exploiting and putting
these unedcuated, unskilled customer service, foreign country located, entities in our face, dealing with
our very own livelihood, and our businesses that we are trying to run selling products on ebay,
that constantly cause a barrier between common sense and just plain nonsense that we get from
them every time we have a problem, and every time they cause a problem for our seller accounts!
When the ebay employees cause a problem, you would think you could email them or call them,
and it would be corrected...
WRONG!
OH, SO VERY WRONG!
This is the crux of the problem at ebay and with so many corporations these days, and everyone is well aware
of it, when they contact most corporations these days, and get the RUDE, ARROGANT, KNOW-IT-ALL,
IMPATIENT, HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, ASK YOU TO KEEP REPEATING THE SAME
THING YOU HAVE ALREADY EXPLAINED 4 TIMES, BECAUSE THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND IN PLAIN
ENGLISH WHAT YOU ARE SAYING, AND TRYING TO UNDERSTAND THEM NEEDS AN INTERPRETER,
OR THEY WORK IN A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT THAN WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS RELATED TO, ETC ETC ETC!
THIS IS INSANITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, AND I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS FOR 21 YEARS I HAVE SOLD ON EBAY!
This extreme difficulty of dealing with or even trying to talk to the ebay employees, is way past
unreasonable, it is causing sellers accounts to be seriously affected negatively, due to the
ebay employees rampantly not following ebay policies, violating them at will, constantly, not correcting
their blatant screwups and violations of ebay policies, because they are not properly trained and overseen
by management or supervisors that are properly doing their jobs!
This goes all the way up into the Administrative levels of ebay, and to the CEO!
No one is doing their jobs properly, helping the very people that are paying their wages...
THE SELLERS!
WITHOUT THE SELLERS ON EBAY, NOBODY GETS PAID!
DON'T FORGET IT EBAY EMPLOYEES!
YOU HAVE NO JOB WITHOUT THE SELLERS, THE VERY ONES YOU ARE CONSTANTLY ABUSING,
HARASSING, APROVING RETURNS AGAINST EBAY POLICY, FORCING INTO BELOW STANDARD
LEVEL SO THEY HAVE 6% MORE TAKEN FROM ALL OF THEIR SALES, AND HAVING THEIR LISTINGS
SUPPRESSED, SO NOBODY CAN SEE WHAT THEY ARE SELLING, AND THEIR SALES PLUMMET OVERNIGHT,
DUE TO THE EBAY EMPLOYEE NOT FOLLOWING EBAY POLICY AND DECIDING WRONGLY AGAINST A SELLER!
THE EBAY EMPLOYEES ACTIONS, NOT FOLLOWING EBAY POLICY, IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT, IT IS
SYSTEMIC, AND HAS BEEN HAPPENING TO ME, CONSTANTLY FOR 21 YEARS, BUT EVEN WORSE NOW, WHEN
ABOUT A YEAR AGO, AN EBAY EMPLOYEE APPROVED A RETURN FOR A BUYER THAT WAS LYING TO THEM,
ABOUT HIS BUYING THE WRONG ITEM FROM ME, AND HE ADMITTED IT WAS HIS MISTAKE IN MESSAGES TO ME
ON EBAY, AND I DECLINED THE RETURN, BECAUSE I HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY ON ALL MY LISTINGS,
BECAUSE APPLIANCE PARTS CANNOT BE BOUGHT, OPENED, TRY TO INSTALL IT, MAKE IT USED AND THEN
RETURN IT, IT BECOMES NOT RE-SALEABLE, IT IS NOW USED, SO I DECLINED HIS RETURN!
THE BUYER SAID, THAT'S FINE, I WILL GO TO EBAY AND PUT IN A DISPUTE AND EBAY WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
WELL, EBAY POLICY IS THAT SELLERS CAN HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY, BUT IF IT IS THE FAULT OF THE BUYER, THEY
BACK UP THE SELLER AND DO NOT APPROVE THE RETURN, BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT IS HAPPENING
WITH EBAY EMPLOYEES NOT FOLLOWING EBAY POLICIES!
THE BUYER CONTACTED AN EBAY EMPLOYEE FOR THE RETURN, AND EBAY PUT MY MONEY ON HOLD, AND APPROVED THE RETURN,
AND I WAS FURIOUS, BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT READ THE MESSAGES BETWEEN THE BUYER AND SELLER, WHERE THE
BUYER ADMITEED TO IT BEING HIS FAULT, AND SAID, EBAY WILL APPROVE IT ANYWAY, REGARDLESS!
EBAY WOULD NOT CORRECT THIS RETURN THAT WAS WRONGLY APPROVED, AND TOOK MONEY FROM ME AND REFUNDED
THE BUYER, AND MARKED MY ACCOUNT AS NOT RESOLVING THE DISPUTE WITH THE BUYER, WHICH I HAD RESOLVED, PROPERLY,
BY DECLINING THE RETURN, WHICH FOLLOWED EBAY POLICY,
THEN THE EBAY EMPLOYEE VIOLATED EBAY POLICY
AND APPROVED THE IMPROPER RETURN ANYWAY!
THIS CAUSED MY SELLER ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 21 YEARS, TO BE "BELOW STANDARD", AND 6% ADDITIONAL
MONEY STOLEN FROM ALL OF MY SALES, FOR ALMOST THE LAST YEAR, BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO ME, AND CONTACTING EBAY
FOR HELP IS A NIGHTMARE, AS YOU GET BLOCKED FROM EMAIL IF YOU SEND MORE THAN A COUPLE EMAILS, THE CHAT MESSENGER
WON'T RECOGNIZE OR LET YOU TALK TO THE EBAY EMPLOYEES, IF THEY MARK IT RESOLVED, AND IF YOU DO GET SOMEONE
ON THE PHONE, THEY CAN'T HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH, OR WORSE YET, THEY ARE IN THE WRONG DEPT AND CAN'T HELP YOU,
WHICH THEY DO NOT TELL YOU, BUT ACT LIKE THEY ARE LISTENING TO YOUR PROBLEM, SAY THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF
IT, AND NOTHING HAPPENS, BECAUSE THEY REALLY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING, THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO TELL YOU THAT,
AS SEVERAL OPERATORS HAVE TOLD ME, THE CALLS GO TO THEM EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT IN THE PROPER DEPT TO HELP,
SOME TRY TO DO THE BEST THEY CAN, AND SOME JUST ACT LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING,
AND TELL YOU THEY ARE, OR FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU, BUT HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING SO!

OF THOUSANDS FROM ALL MY SALES, FROM AN ADDITIONAL 6% THEY'VE BEEN STEALING DUE TO THE BELOW STANDARD LEVEL THE
EBAY EMPLOYEE CAUSED ME TO BE IN, BUT THE RESULTING SUPPRESSION IN THE EBAY SEARCH OF ALL MY PARTS LISTINGS,
NOW NOT ABLE TO BE FOUND BY ANYONE SEARCHING FOR WHAT I SELL, AND MY SALES PLUMMETING $3,000-$4,000+ OVERNIGHT,
AND MY NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD MY HEALTH INSURANCE, MY RENT, OR TAKING MY DOG, BUDDY, MY BEST FRIEND, TO THE VET
FOR AN INFECTION, DIRECTLY DUE TO THE WRONG ACTIONS BY EBAY AND IT'S EMPLOYEES, CAUSED BUDDY'S DEATH, AND NOT
BEING ABLE TO GO TO THE DOCTOR MYSELF, FOR MY INTERNAL BLEED, THAT IS CAUSING MY ENEMIA AND MY LOSING BLOOD,
THAT COULD VERY WELL ALSO TAKE MY LIFE, DUE TO THE VIOLATIONS OF EBAY POLICIES BY EBAY EMPLOYEES NOT DOING THEIR
JOBS PROPERLY, BUT BEING ARROGANT AND TOTALLY DISMISSIVE OF DOING THE RIGHT THING AND CORRECTING EBAY'S
SCREWUP BY THEIR EMPLOYEE, AND REVERSING THE MULTIPLE RETURNS THEY HAVE APPROVED THAT VIOLATE EBAY POLICY,
CAUSING ME TO STAY IN BELOW STANDARD LEVEL WITH MY SELLER ACCOUNT FOR ALMOST A YEAR!

AS IT IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO MOST OF THEM, AND I HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO HUNDREDS OF THEM, AND IT IS ALWAYS
THE SAME DISASTER AND EMPTY FEELING INSIDE, THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING, AND THEY HAVE JUST

EBAY IS A DISASTER, AND THIS IS SYSTEMIC, AND MY QUESTIONS IS, HOW MANY MILLIONS OF OTHER SELLERS IS THIS
