& JORDAN TRENT, EXEC DEPT, TOTAL FAILURES!: I am truly lost without my Best Friend, Buddy, and I feel so bad that I couldn't keep my promise to Buddy that I would take him to the vet as soon as I got the CEO to admit their screwup and reimburse me for what they had brutally and illegaly stolen from me, in excess of $10,000, but still months later, Jordan Trent is delaying and playing games with me, and I still have not received any of the stolen or lost sales money ebay legally owes me! Jordan Trent admitted right away in email to me, that he was reversing the screwups of the employees that approved the returns by violating ebay policy, and that he would be refunding me for what was wrongly taken from me by ebay, because of these screwups by ebay's intentional and malicious, in severe bad faith attacks on me, for 10 months, that ebay was stealing money from all of my sales, and suppressing my listings, costing me thousands in lost sales!! ...and worse of all, the LOSS OF MY BEST FRIEND, BUDDY! |

ebay has a serious, and
very systemic problem that I have been fighting against for the last 21 years,
that has gotten worse and worse over the years, until the last few years it
is absolutely out of control.
ebay employees that sellers contact to resolve issues with buyers are spread
all over the world, and it seems as though the majority of phone contacts
you make with them, are sent to the Philippines, and by first impression when
they answer and start talking to you, you get that same sinking feeling everyone
is familiar with...they aren't going to understand what I need and this is
going to be a total waste of time, and it was so hard to get someone to talk
to, and now I have to initiate another callback and start all over again and
hopefully I will get someone in the United States that can speak fluent English
and not waste my time!
Anyone that has tried
to resolve any issue that buyers are creating for sellers, knows exactly what
I am talking about, and if you haven't done so, try it before you chime in
with comments that are not at all informed.
The reason this is so detrimental to sellers, became a nightmare for me for
the last 10 months, when last April 2023, a buyer ordered something from me
and they made a mistake by not reading the detailed ad description which gave
them all the model number info to Verify Before Ordering, There are No Returns
or Refunds if you order wrong, but they failed to verify their model and ordered
it wrong, so the buyer put in a return request, when the ad clearly stated
before ordering by the add to cart button, NO RETURNS, and also several times
in the ad description, but they still believe that doesn't mean the policy
applies to them, just everyone else on earth. After they put in the return
request, I responded to them and told them the policy, and the buyer said,
clearly I made the mistake, but I will go to ebay and dispute it and ebay
will approve the return!
The buyer went to ebay
and sure enough, the ebay employee ignored ebay policy supporting No Returns,
and violated ebay policy and approved the return and refunded the buyer!
I did everything I could to try to make someone, anyone at ebay understand
that the buyer admitted to it being his fault, in the messages between me,
the seller and him the buyer, but all I got was employees that either couldn't
understand what I was trying to explain to them, said they were in the wrong
dept and couldn't help me, which happened a lot, said they would take care
if it and just turned out they lied to me, and others that said there wasn't
anything I could do about it, it was final and there was no reversing it!
After 21 years of an impeccable
seller account performance, the improper approval of a return, by an ebay
employee violating ebay policy, caused my account to be classified as Below
Standard, for the first time ever, which set off a flood of hostile actions
by ebay towards me, my business, my sales, my earnings, towards everything
about my seller account, as if I was some criminal that committed a serious
crime against ebay, and I did Nothing wrong at all, but kept trying to get
someone to listen to me, understand what I was saying, understand English,
use common sense to realize that I was not guilty of anything, that the screw-up
was that of the ebay employee, not me, but nobody would listen to me!
ebay was stealing 6% more
of all my sales, ebay was suppressing my listings so nobody could find my
products to buy them, causing my sales to plummet by thousands of dollars
a month, ebay was emailing me constantly with threatening statements about
my needing to improve my seller performance or ebay was going to close my
ebay account, ebay refused to address the situation, and just continued their
intentional, malicious, vicious, severely in bad faith brutal crippling execution
of my seller account, myself and my business, but more than that, ebay was
destroying my livelihood, causing me not to be able to pay any of my bills,
my health insurance, my rent, and even causing me not to be able to pay my
specialist doctor co-pays, to find the internal bleed in my body that caused
me to be anemic, they could not find the cause of for the last 2 years, and
now I couldn't afford to go to the doctors to continue the diagnosis and save
my life, since my blood level keeps dropping and just a year or so earlier
I was dangerously low with my blood count and ended up septic and needing
3 blood transfusions, to save my life. At the same time, my Best Friend, Buddy,
my yellow lab, got an infection and I could not afford to take him to the
vet, and he died from the infection when it went to his brain!
If this wasn't enough
severe abuse from ebay, then another buyer did the same thing, despite it
not being able to be returned, and it being the buyer's fault, the buyer went
to ebay and said the item they purchased wasn't as described, and the ebay
employee violated ebay policy again, not requiring a picture of the item to
prove it was not as described, and also didn't read the messages between the
buyer and seller, so they had no idea that the buyer was lying, as I told
them repeatedly he was, and to read the messages and request a pic to prove
what the buyer was lying about, and they just went ahead and ignored policy
and approved the return and refunded them, and ignored me totally, as well!
Even worse is the buyer sending back a Bag of CLOTHES, that was NOT what I
sent him, which was a door gasket for a refrigerator that I sent him, the
Tracking showed was delivered by the post office, and now he was attempting
to rip me off, get a refund and keep the gasket he received and lied about
not being delivered, and then returning a Bag of CLOTHES, instead of my door
gasket I sent him, blatantly abusing the return policy and ebay's policies,
KNOWING THE EBAY EMPLOYEES WILL NOT CHECK AND MAKE SURE WHAT HE SENT BACK
WAS WHAT I SENT HIM, and sure enough...when I reported to the appeals dept
that the buyer had sent a TOTALLY DIFFERENT ITEM BACK THAN WHAT I SENT HIM,
THE RESPONSE FROM THE APPEALS DEPT WAS THAT "THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM
MAY HAVE CHANGED, BUT I DID NOT GIVE THEM PROOF THAT THE BUYER CAUSED THE
PROBLEM"! WHAT? THE BUYER SENT BACK SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND THE
APPEALS DEPT IS SUGGESTING THE "CONDITION OF THE ITEM CHANGED"???
ARE YOU KIDDING ME, THE APPEALS DEPT IS THAT UNEDUCATED THAT THEY CANNOT SEE
IN A PIC OF THE BAG OF CLOTHES AND A PIC OF THE DOOR GASKET FOR HIS REFRIGERATOR,
THAT THEY ARE NOT EVEN THE SAME ITEM, AND THAT HE IS COMMITTING FRAUD TOWARDS
ME AND WITH EBAY, AND RIPPING ME OFF, AND THE APPEALS DEPT IS SUPPORTING HIS
LIES AND FRAUD??!!! OMG, THIS IS HOW UNEDUCATED AND STUPID THE EBAY EMPLOYEES
REALLY ARE, IT'S TRUE! THIS IS WHAT SELLERS DEAL WITH CONSTANTLY, THE EMPLOYEES
THAT HAVE ZERO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THAT ARE HURTING SELLERS CONSTANTLY,
RULING AGAINST SELLERS TO KEEP BUYERS HAPPY, AS THEY DESTROY SELLERS BUSINESSES,
ALL WHILE VIOLATING THE VERY EBAY POLICIES THEY ARE BOUND BY AND NOT ENFORCING
AT ALL!
By this time, having been put through this unjust extreme abuse from ebay
for 10 months, ebay taking thousands of dollars from all my sales unjustly
and illegally, causing me thousands of dollars in lost sales and income, due
to the suppression of my listings, causing me extreme personal distress, and
pain and suffering, and causing my Best Friend, Buddy's death, and no one
at ebay will do anything but refuse to correct the screw-ups caused by ebay
employees, treating me like I am the problem, even telling me if I didn't
have such a bad performance, this wouldn't be happening and there is nothing
they can do!
Pure hell for 10 months,
crippling me financially, not being able to pay my bills, not having hardly
any money to even buy food, necessary living amenities, dealing with the painful
and extremely emotional loss of my Best Friend Buddy, worried my blood level
is going to drop, since I cannot afford to go to the hematologist to find
my bleeding internally, and being extremely humiliated by ebay's severe abuse
of me, I am not sure what to do anymore, losing all faith in everything, and
not being able to believe anyone could put another person through this kind
of horrible treatment, when I did nothing at all, to deserve this, but I cannot
get anyone to understand plain English it seems, to be able to reason with
anyone, except just having the blame constantly pointed back at me!
I finally was so fed up,
I went on Linkedin and confronted the CEO of ebay, with all the Facts of what
ebay employees had been doing to me, and all the money that had been stolen
from me, and I got an email from Jordan Trent of the executive dept at ebay,
saying he was going to call me in a couple days, to discuss my concerns.
When we spoke, I shared
everything and proof of what I was saying, and in a few days he reversed the
wrong actions of the employees that violated ebay policy that caused ebay
to put me Below Standard, and refunded one of the few improper approvals that
caused me to be Below Standard, and took the suppression of my listings off
my account, and I started to get sales again, Immediately, as people could
see my listings again!
This was admission of
fault by ebay and the ebay employees that the employees had caused this, by
his reversal of their actions with the buyers that were lying and I told them
they were lying, but they still approved the buyer's lying requests, and taking
off the suppression of my listings and my sales starting to happen again,
immediately!!
The actions of everyone
I talked to about this for 10 months, which was every single person I talked
to, was absolutely worthless, and deplorable, like I have never been treated
in my 60 years of life! No one cared at all about doing the right thing, or
even understanding what I was trying to explain to them, having to repeat
everything I said 3, 4, 5, 6 times(No Lie), after I would explain, they would
ask the same thing immediately, seeming to not understand a word I said, even
though they were attempting to speak English, and not very well. I just gave
up many times, as it was clear they didn't understand what I was saying, even
though they were supposed to be English speaking, but couldn't understand
what I was saying.
It was unbelievably impossible
to deal with any of them, all of them, even the ones I got that were in the
United States, would tell me, they were in the wrong dept, that the calls
get forwarded to them, and they can't control that they are in the wrong dept
to help us, and that it is common, so a total waste of time calling ebay for
assistance!
Unbelievable, and a systemic
problem that was constant in every single person I talked to, not only for
the 10 months of this horrible treatment, but this has been going on for years,
that I have had to call and try to get anything done with ebay employees!
My question is, how many millions of other sellers are having this same type
of treatment and abuse, and going through this horrible treatment and abuse
like I have been going through, and being blamed for the violations of ebay
policy by employees, approving returns for buyers that lie to get a refund,
and hurting sellers with their lies and ebay employees backing them up, costing
sellers millions, if not more, due to the systemic failure of the ebay business
model, that is not only toxic towards sellers, but seriously on the line of
criminality, stealing money from sellers, and threatening sellers for things
they did not do or cause!
This systemic failure
of this business model ebay is using, needs to be addressed asap, removed
and replaced with a proper system, that protects sellers, because right now
and for many years, it is extremely hostile towards sellers, and sellers cannot
get any assistance when they have problems, they just run into an abusive
block wall when they try to talk to any ebay employees or the appeals dept
to correct serious problems caused by the ebay employees that are violating
ebay policies constantly approving buyer requests, that should not be approved,
because they are not doing their job properly, then they refuse to correct
it, as happened to me, for the last 10 months of hell they all put me through,
costing me thousands and killing my Best Friend, Buddy, and jeopardizing my
very life, as well, no one cared about when I told them the severity of what
ebay has put me through, by no fault of mine!!
Buddy did not deserve to be killed by ebay!
I didn't deserve to be
stolen from and severely abused as ebay has done to me for 10 months, NO ONE
deserves this horrible treatment that is systemic inside ebay and is their
business model!
The shareholders need to address this and hold the CEO, Jaime Iannone personally
responsible for this colossal failure and abuse of sellers, and replace the
CEO ASAP!
No One should use ebay to sell anything, until this abusive and hostile business
model is corrected and revamped, and a NEW CEO is hired!!

ebay and this is happening to you, do Not CONTINUE, AND GO FIND THE WORTHLESS
CLOWN CEO, JAMIE IANNONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND LET HIM KNOW WITH facts, WHAT
IS HAPPENING TO YOU!
DEMAND WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO YOU, TO BE CORRECTED!

WHO WANT TO USE EBAY TO SELL THINGS THAT HAVE TO SELL....
THINK LONG AND HARD, 1 MILLION TIMES OR MORE, ABOUT EVER USING EBAY, UNTIL
THE CEO IS THROWN OUT AND REPLACED, AND THE EBAY EMPLOYEES THAT WE CONTACT
CAN SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH CLEARLY, THAT IS 2 DIFFERENT
THINGS, JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN SPEAK IT, DOESN'T MEAN THEY UNDERSTAND IT, AND
ANYONE THAT SPEAKS A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE, KNOWS THAT IS A FACT!
THERE HAS TO BE A TOTAL
RECONSTRUCTION OF THE CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE FOR SELLERS ON EBAY, BECAUSE AS
IT IS RIGHT NOW, IT IS SEVERELY BROKEN AND JORDAN TRENT IMMEDIATELY REVERSING
THE EXTREME ABUSE THE EBAY EMPLOYEES BRUTALLY DID TO ME FOR OVER 10 MONTHS,
IS 1 MILLION PERCENT PROOF OF IT!
MY SUGGESTION, AND MY
OPINION IS, FIND A DIFFERENT PLATFORM TO SELL ON AND STAY AWAY FROM EBAY ALL
TOGETHER, SO YOU ARE NOT A VICTIM OF THE EXTREMELY HOSTILE PLATFORM I KNOW
AS EBAY!
